1. Be sure that you're well rested (enough sleep) beorfe meditating; likewise don't meditate when your stomach is full 2. Consider the time of your meditation (don't choose sleepy hours); and also your posture 3. Change your meditation recordings from time to time. 4. Focus on the content of what you are meditating not on the musical background (if there is) 5. Change position from time to time, and choose a chair without head restHope any or some of the above will work.
